The Gaffer's LAB is a monthly Salon of ideas pertinent to our work as CLT's, RCLT's, Programmers and System Techs. Each LAB has a meet and greet/networking session, followed by a presentation on a chosen topic, and then a Q&A discussion with refreshments. 

The Lab is somewhat informal, which is the key to its success...a salon is a place where we meet to discuss important topics about our work. It is a place to learn and share ideas with the goal of improving the knowledge base of our community. There is a also a great networking component where we build a community of like-minded professionals to share our ideas and help each other succeed.
