James Dornemann is an IATSE 479 member and a Lighting Console Operator with 3 decades of experience in film, television, live events, and theatre. While Jim originally began as an IATSE Local 1 stagehand, he has called Atlanta home for the last 15 years.

He has been designing and drafting with Vectorworks for nearly 15 years. Jim’s favorite credits include Stranger Things, Haunting of Hill House, Shaft, and Ozark. Jim continually works to foster, develop, and train top-level, well trained technical talent.
